We all know that exercising is good for us.

It keeps us strong, limber, and healthy.

But, some people start to let exercise slide while they are studying for the bar exam.  The most common excuse for this is:  I don’t have enough time to exercise.

Well, exercise scientists have blown up that excuse with the 7-Minute Workout.

They have created a high-intensity workout involving 12 exercises that use only your body weight, a chair, and a wall.  The exercises are depicted in the image below.

This is a very intense workout, so if you haven’t been exercising, be sure that you check with your healthcare provider to make sure you can handle it.
